Role Overview:

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce B2B Commerce Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role serves as the primary liaison between Technology and the business, focusing on new system implementations and enhancements to existing systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce and Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly CloudCraze), a strong background in Agile methodologies, and a proven track record in driving sales growth through innovative eCommerce solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced business process analysis, functional design, and preliminary effort/cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business initiatives.
• Formulate system/process scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and user requirements, process flow definitions, business process mapping, and functional specifications.
• Develop complex design solutions and enhancements to existing capabilities to meet business requirements and objectives.
• Customize, configure, and integrate Salesforce with other systems, with a focus on Salesforce B2B Commerce.
• Design and implement workflow rules, process builders, and automation within Salesforce B2B Commerce to streamline business processes.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex programming and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services using APIs and middleware tools.
• Manage and track development progress using Agile frameworks and tools.
• Prioritize and manage a technical product backlog, addressing technical debt, refactoring needs, and feature enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a technical product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and technical evolution.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders (developers, QA engineers, DevOps) to gather requirements, address technical constraints, and communicate progress.
• Define and track technical performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Lead the development and implementation of eCommerce service-oriented solutions, enhancing customer experience, streamlining processes, and driving sustainable practices.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify revenue growth opportunities through eCommerce waste & recycling solutions.

Must-Haves:

• Education:
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, MIS (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or similar field (required)
• Experience:
• 8 years of relevant work experience as an IT Business Analyst/Manager (required)
• 4 years of experience working as an IT Manager/Project Manager (may substitute for minimum years of experience)
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly CloudCraze) platform
• Advanced knowledge in systems development, implementation, upgrades, and business analysis methodologies
• Expertise in Agile methodologies for efficient project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Salesforce, PowerBI, LogRocket, LucidChart
• Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
