Job Title: Campaign Planning Specialist

Location-Type: Ideally onsite in Seattle WA (Open to hybrid 3 days/week)

Start Date Is: ASAP

Duration: 3 month contract with potential to convert

Compensation Range: $25-34/hr W2

Job Description:

• Creative Trafficking and Asset Management:
• Manage creative trafficking for channels like Streaming Audio, Radio, OOH, GSTV, Direct Mail, and CTV.
• Update and distribute Creative Rotation Reports weekly.
• Coordinate creative swaps, submissions, and final deliveries between Media/Activation teams, Creative, and Vendors.
• Perform quality assurance on channel creatives, including script reviews, URL, and QR code verifications.
• Maintain and organize the Creative folder of all channel assets.
• Media Spend Tracking and Administration:
• Review and update the media spend tracker weekly.
• Assist with media requests, cancellations, and intake monitoring.
• Update trackers and consolidate information from various sources.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in campaign planning or project management.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
