RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an enthusiastic Content Coordinator to join for an approximate 5-month project; hours would be part time at 15 - 25 per week.
The Content Coordinator supports the content design and creation team to produce multiple themed content concurrently. This role involves completing administrative and creative tasks, collaborating with a variety of teams, and maintaining efficient workflows to produce high-quality themed content. Overall, the Content Coordinator will help the creative team deliver more content faster.
Hours per week: 15-25 hours per week
As a Content Coordinator, You Will
- Assist in organizing and scheduling production activities.
- Support design and content creators (visual, sound, text to speech).
- Manage administrative tasks.
- Monitor for and troubleshoot issues that arise.
- Coordinate project set up
- Collaboration set up: Create folders and doc structure so that content creators and the client can collaborate and share work.
- Coordinate availability of content creators.
- Assist with scheduling of content creation.
- Submit onboarding requests to dev teams and ensure work is being completed.
- Help provide theme ideation
- Attend and participate in brainstorm sessions.
- Document and synthesize ideas.
- Provide input on proposed features and experiences.
- Complete feasibility testing for proposed experiences.
- Coordinate the testing to determine if a proposed feature is even achievable and if it is what needs to be done to build the feature.
- Assemble client content decks (PowerPoint). Inputting content into the template and prepare to send to client.
- Attend client meeting and document outcomes and action items.
- Review client communications and coordinate with partner team on action items.
- Coordinate content creation
- Assist with project tracking - work with the Creative Lead to ensure we're on track.
- Update content creation quips with new content.
- Coordinate with Partner Teams - submit requests, prep tasks to send to them, monitor progress.
- Manage sound assets - coordinate with sound designer, upload MP3 files, input SSML, and add descriptions.
- Manage visual assets - Coordinate with visual designer. Ensure images are correctly uploaded, cropped, and can be uploaded.

- Clone content for various voices
- Scheduling content
- Adding attributes to content
- Testing / improving CX
- Copyediting, listening, and reviewing content prior to QA testing
- Coordinate with QA team on resolving issues owned by content team.
- Monitor incoming tickets.
- Identifies areas to streamline and improve production.
- Contribute to updating process documentation with learnings.

Compensation
Pay Range: $30.00 - $50.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate's starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
