Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Strategist to join our innovative team. If you have a passion for developing impactful advertising strategies and possess a knack for understanding and profiling diverse audiences, this role is for you. You'll work closely with our clients, leveraging your expertise to create compelling and culturally resonant campaigns.

Must Haves:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a strategist at a creative ad agency.
• Tools: Proficiency in audience profiling tools such as MRI Simmons and/or Helixa (or similar).
• Skills: Strong capabilities in social listening, data mining, and observation to profile audiences and create creative briefs.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite.
• Client Facing: Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Multicultural Advertising: Proven experience in authoring strategy for multicultural advertising campaigns or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Soft Skills: Personable with strong communication skills, able to sell with conviction and influence clients, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and persuasive.

Nice to Haves:

• Industry Experience: Experience with clients in beverage, CPG, or telecommunications sectors.
• Trend Reports: Familiarity with analyzing and utilizing trend reports.
• Bilingual: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Leadership: Experience in people management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audience profiling using advanced tools and methodologies.
• Utilize social listening and data mining to gain deep insights into audience behaviors and preferences.
• Develop comprehensive creative briefs that guide the direction of advertising campaigns.
• Engage with clients regularly to present strategies, gather feedback, and refine approaches.
• Craft and execute strategies for multicultural advertising campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strategies are effectively translated into impactful campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in a strategist role within a creative ad agency.
• Proficiency in audience profiling tools (MRI Simmons, Helixa, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills for social listening and data mining.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade clients with strategic insights.
