Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in e-commerce and paid media to drive performance across our portfolio of products. This role is critical in optimizing content conversion and maximizing ROI through strategic use of Amazon and Walmart paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize landing pages to enhance content conversion rates and improve customer acquisition.
• Paid Media Management: Develop and execute paid media strategies on Amazon and Walmart, focusing on both onsite sponsored media and offsite efforts to drive traffic back to Amazon.
• Performance Analysis: Use Amazon Ads, Amazon Central, and Walmart Media to track and analyze performance metrics, pulling data into PowerBI for detailed reporting and insights.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of products, driving performance and sales growth through targeted media strategies.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitive activities in the e-commerce marketplace, ensuring our products stand out and capture consumer attention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, product managers, and other stakeholders to align media strategies with business goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• E-Commerce Expertise: Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon and Walmart, with a proven track record of selling to consumers and outpacing the competition.
• Paid Media Experience: Extensive experience in paid media, specifically within B2C retail environments, with hands-on experience managing Amazon and Walmart media campaigns.
• Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and familiar with PowerBI for advanced reporting, though expert-level knowledge is not required.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 18 months of experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency setting or working with a large e-commerce retailer.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency Experience: Experience working in a marketing agency setting is a plus, bringing a broad perspective on managing multiple clients and campaigns.
• Familiarity with Vendor Central: Experience pulling and analyzing data from Amazon’s Vendor Central.
