Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Product Manager with a strong background in both strategy and execution to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving acquisitions, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer insights, process development, and product marketing, with the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience Ownership: Lead the delivery of a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Acquisitions Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, legal, and research, to deliver against annual KPIs.
• Insight Utilization: Work closely with researchers to extract relevant customer journey insights and apply them to campaign development.
• Briefing and Strategy: Communicate consumer insights and business needs to the creative team, developing messaging hierarchies and strategic plans.
• Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of various marketing materials, including emails, SMS, and direct mail pieces, based on strategic insights.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that align with business objectives.
• Business Case Development: Outline and advocate for business cases to advance strategic initiatives.
• Reporting: Report to senior leadership providing updates on progress and strategy.

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 7 years of experience in marketing product management, with a preference for candidates closer to 10 years of experience.
• Project Management: Proven ability to break down campaigns into actionable parts, prioritize based on business impact, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strategic Execution: Strong skills in both strategy and execution, capable of asking the right questions and prioritizing business needs without pushback.
• Process Development: Advocate for and implement effective processes, explaining their benefits and demonstrating prior experience in similar roles.
• Product Marketing: Extensive experience in product marketing across various industries, understanding consumer and business needs, and developing marketing strategies.
• Longevity: Demonstrated stability in previous roles, with at least 2 years in each position.
• Collections Experience: For roles focused on collections, experience in the credit card space, understanding of regulations, and industry nuances are highly beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Collections Expertise: Specific experience in collections, particularly within the credit card industry, is highly desirable.
