Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location-Type: Hybrid- Phoenix, AZ (T,Th on-site, 3 days remote)

Start Date Is: 2 weeks from offer

Duration: 6-month contract, potential for extension

Compensation Range: $20-$28/hr

Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, the Sales Coordinator assists in administering sales policies and procedures and provides analytical and statistical support for the Sales Manager.

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by coordinating sales programs, maintaining and auditing reports, and providing essential statistical information. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who can act as a liaison between sales and other departments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Sales Program Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Reporting: Perform basic clerical and statistical reporting for sales, providing detailed reports to the sales force on rankings and monitoring these rankings monthly.
  • Report Maintenance: Coordinate the maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommending system changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Audit Support: Audit monthly commission and expense reports to ensure clarity and adherence to uniform sales policies and procedures.
  • Information Provision: Provide daily updates and information to Sales Managers.
  • System Changes and Campaigns: Review system changes and prepare mail campaigns and endorsement agreements for National Account Programs.
  • Compensation Monitoring: Monitor Sales Manager salaries and commissions, providing statistical information for structural review.
  • Form Design: Design forms and supervise layout and desktop publishing tasks.

Must-Haves

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalency (accredited).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of previous work experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
