The firm is looking to hire a data science associate to its Human Capital Analytics team. This person will be responsible for expanding Human Capital’s analytics portfolio by developing novel reporting solutions, mainly by using Python. This person will develop dashboards and reporting products for senior leadership from the ground up, and contribute to the ETL pipelines and infrastructure initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong skill in Python for data transformation and analytics, experience in data science or data engineering, and a knack for visualizing data for a senior audience.
