• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content
• Create company catalog to be shared with customers
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals that support content and branding
• Ensure all content aligns with brand image and messaging
• Make sure new styles are photographed properly (at factory or other photographer) so it is put onto the website

● Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms like Instagram
• Monitor social media channels for feedback and engage with followers

● Customer Requests and Order Management:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Gather user feedback to help understand customer needs when interacting with the website or social media

● Operations with Back End Team:

• Manage online product listings, including uploading new products and updating existing ones (by learning Logicmate)
• Identify busy work for the website that can be pushed to India team

● Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales, and product teams to align customer service and content strategies with business goals
