Here's what you can expect as a Full-Time Sales and Loan Associates (Pawn Broker):

This position will allow you to help our customers by determining their needs and creating relationships with a focus on providing superior customer service.You would also provide outstanding salespersonship and basic mathematical competencies with a knack to think quickly when negotiating prices and values on items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our team, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment to welcome customers by:

• Processing sales, loans, and extensions

• Providing excellent customer service by interacting with customers in person and on the phone

• Performing opening and closing store procedures

Requirements for joining our Money Mizer Team

• High school diploma or GED

• Work well independently and as member of a team

• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations

• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and organization

• Abide by all Federal, State and Local regulations

• Inspect merchandise for retail potential

• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus

• Online sales background, a plus

• Bilingual, a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

License/Certification:
