We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team in New York as part of our Marketing function.
If you want to shape the future of B2B content marketing and push the boundaries of what can be done when you combine data and creativity - this position has your name on it.
Your Team: Money20/20 has built quite the following on our social media channels - you might say we’ve got a bit of a voice. But up till now, that voice has been a bit too functional, a bit too focused on directly selling the value of our shows. So, as part of a wider shift in our 365 content strategy, we want to build a year round relationship with a growing number of people from right across the world of fintech, financial services, technology, growth, marketing and beyond - and we want to do it with world class content. Luckily, some of that content already exists - we already feature (and record) incredible speakers on our stages at three amazing shows throughout the year. We already have an amazing fintech podcast called the MoneyPot that movers and shakers from across fintech listen to and want to be on. We produce some incredible video content with our in-house studio team. And we also have a clear content strategy - shaped around four key franchises. Now we need someone to come in and deliver that strategy.
Your Role: You will be an inquisitive content marketer who likes telling stories. Someone who likes nothing more than curating the perfect series of podcast guest bookings, loves creating clever video treatments or crafting memes, geeks out over launching nerdy data stories, editing globally read newsletters and wants to build and engage with a global community - and produce content that enthralls them!
You’ll collaborate with and be supported by hugely creative team members across departments and geographies (video, content, design, experience, creative… you name it, we’ve got it). You’ll have a partner in crime who’ll focus on Asia (and on making the paid side of social sing). And you’ll be part of a marketing team that keeps raising the bar across campaigns in multiple global markets.
This is a critical role at Money20/20 so you will be someone who delivers what they say they will, when they say they will - and pushes their team-mates to reach even greater heights. In return for your contribution, you’ll get to work for one of the fastest growing brands within fintech. You’ll get to travel, create real change in an ever-evolving industry and learn from a world class marketing team.
The role will work in close partnership with the Global Marketing Director and Social Media Manager, Asia to ensure our content is a compelling part of our global comms strategy, with the ultimate goal of driving longer-term first party engagement and positioning the Money20/20 brand as a thought leader in fintech.
