Job Details
DescriptionPosition: Provider Insights Program ManagerMonogram Health’s Provider Insights Program Manager is responsible to oversee the implementation and ongoing management of our provider dashboard program. This role requires strong project management skills, understanding of healthcare operations, and expertise in data analytics and visualization.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Oversee Monogram’s provider dashboard program, including the roadmap for ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, clinical operations, client and provider partnerships to build and maintain an external facing dashboard that provides actionable insights to provider and client partners with clinical and financial metrics.
  • Engage with key stakeholders internally and externally to understand their needs and requirements, and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive dashboard implementation and utilization across a varied user base in a way that drives high-quality outcome improvements.
  • Support provider partnerships in evaluating provider performance of existing and future partners to enhance collaboration and optimize outcomes.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of data within the dashboard program, in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support on the use of the dashboard and build a process to troubleshoot technical issues and user concerns as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare analytics and dashboarding, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and usability of the dashboard program.
Position Requirements
  • Remote or in-person Nashville, TN/Tempe, AZ
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college with preference in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 
  • Proven experience (5 years) in preferably in healthcare services, project management, consulting, and/or data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial and quality metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, and experience working within a regulated environment.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Detail oriented, excellent prioritization, and time management skills 
  • Confident, self-starter (willing to ‘jump in’ to the role and its duties) 
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, high growth environment 
  • Independent (willing to roll sleeves up to figure things out, and dig to find what is needed) 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
