We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team in Chagrin Falls, OH. The ideal candidate will have SERVSAFE certification and a preference for those with a background in McDonald’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring consistent quality and exceptional customer service.
• Supervise and mentor store managers to achieve company goals and standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including P&L statements, inventory control, and accounting procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• SERVSAFE certified.
• Preferably, experience working with McDonald’s or a similar fast-food chain.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, inventory control, and basic accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Chagrin Falls area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
• Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.

Pay: $49,441.00 - $53,467.00 per year
