Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong sales management abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory control, and employee management
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching staff on customer service best practices
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and services
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data, track performance, and make informed business decisions
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Excellent inventory control abilities to optimize stock levels
- Proficient in retail math calculations for analyzing sales data and making informed decisions
- Knowledge of payroll administration processes
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Pay: $50,037.63 - $60,260.37 per year
