Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to support various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical work, plumbing, A/C and facilities upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on the building and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units as needed.
- Perform scheduled daily, quarterly and annual property and room maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Perform minor duties like change of bulb, painting, unclog toilet, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to address property-related issues.
- Report to General Manager on regular basis.
- Submit Productivity Sheet by the end of your shift.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or hotel field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent command of the English language for effective communication.
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Strong logical reasoning skills for troubleshooting complex issues.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
