Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for a mattress manufacturing facility located in Woodstock, CT. The ideal candidate will always follow safety guidelines and be precise on quality evaluation. This is entry level.
Salary: $17.00 an hour
1st Shift: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
Key requirement of a Manufacturing Associate
- Operate equipment always using PPE and safe work practices
- Operate automatic packaging machine, rollpack machine and manually package material as needed
- Perform and document quality checks as needed
- Operate convolute machine
- Perform other operations as needed
- Perform 5S activities to ensure a clean and safe work environment
