Job Title: Firework Store Manager

Location: Various locations in Indiana

Duration: Temporary position for June and July 2024

Responsibilities:

- Operate the firework store efficiently and effectively throughout the season.

- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders with regional store manager as needed.

- Handle cash management tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing deposits.

- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.

- Oversee store setup at the beginning of the season, ensuring displays are arranged attractively and merchandise is properly stocked.

- Oversee store tear down at the end of the season, including dismantling displays, organizing inventory for storage, and cleaning the store area.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Must have full availability for June and July, 2024.
