Client Service Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Inquiry Management: Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally, providing clear and accurate information to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Customer Acquisition: Focus on identifying and securing new customers by promoting services or products in an engaging manner that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at events and venues, delivering compelling presentations and participating in promotional activities designed to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve services and strategies, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on customer interactions and sales activities, maintaining accurate records to support performance evaluations and strategic planning.
