Position: Customer Service Assistant (Event Sales Focus)Location: New York, NY
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: Competitive weekly pay
We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant with a focus on event sales to join our client’s team in New York. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in customer acquisition and retention by engaging with clients and promoting our client’s products and services at events. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities
  • Drive event sales by engaging customers and promoting our products and services.
  • Proactively acquire new customers and retain existing ones through exceptional service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Process orders and returns accurately.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and sales.
Requirements
  • Must be able to commute to our office in New York.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity for creative problem-solving.
  • Strong work ethic and a drive to surpass targets and objectives.
