Customer Service Representative - Join a Dynamic Team in New York City!

Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the shining face and the friendly voice of our esteemed clients. Your primary mission is to engage customers and promote our clients' products and services. We're looking for individuals who are not only customer-centric but also possess the charisma to represent our clients with confidence and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador by learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver engaging presentations at our retail events across the region. (This is an in person role).
  • Interact directly with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. You will represent our client's brand with enthusiasm and dedication, fostering long-term customer relationships and promoting customer loyalty.
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in making informed decisions by offering product recommendations and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales in line with daily targets and KPI's.

Key Qualities We're Seeking:

  • Fun & Outgoing: We're searching for people who bring a sense of fun and energy to the team, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for our customers.
  • Customer Service Experience: While a background in customer service or sales is preferred, we highly value your attitude, passion, and personality. Your willingness to learn and grow in this role is what matters most.
  • Confidence: You'll need to be comfortable interacting with customers in person, so confidence in your abilities is essential.
  • Retail or Call Center Experience: If you have experience in retail or call centers, that's a plus, but not a strict requirement. We believe in hiring individuals who have the potential to excel in this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Problem-solving abilities and the tactful handling of conflicts
  • Multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a valuable team member
