As an Event Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply marketing, sales, and customer service skills on a daily basis. Your main responsibility will be representing specific brands at various event locations, engaging with local consumers, distributing marketing materials, and closing sales when the timing and product are right.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up branded displays and distribute marketing materials at events
- Engage in conversations with customers and qualify leads
- Present suitable solutions to potential customers
- Conduct market research and gather valuable feedback
- Answer general inquiries and connect with people through storytelling
- Process sales transactions using digital devices
- Assist with other event marketing tasks as needed
- Hours & Compensation:
- We are primarily looking for individuals with full-time availability, but we will consider part-time candidates able to work 20 hours per week over 3-4 days (Monday-Saturday). Full-time Event Sales Assistants can earn up to $550 per week, with most new hires making $550-900 per week, including bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications
- While marketing degrees and experience are welcome, they are not mandatory. A general understanding of marketing methods and consumer behavior will be beneficial.
- Experience in retail sales, promotions, hospitality, food service, or similar industries will be advantageous, as you'll be working in a fast-paced environment and interacting directly with customers.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the USA.
