Job Responsibilities：

· Analyze the current status and development trends of the TMT (especially integrated circuits and AI) industry, and find and explore investment projects that meet the requirements.

· Be responsible for project due diligence, valuation, investment plan planning, and related business negotiations.

· Write investment proposals to provide investment suggestions to investment decision-making agencies, and implement relevant investment work according to the suggestions of investment decision-making agencies.

· Track and manage invested projects, report major issues of invested projects on time, and provide analysis and suggestions.

· Search for a suitable M&A opportunity, make a project proposal, and be responsible for the specific operations of the project according to the investment decisions.

Main Requirements：

· Electronic information (especially integrated circuits, microelectronics, AI-related majors) or financial investment (including MBA) related majors, a master's degree or above, and Chinese communication skills are preferred;

· Be familiar with the equity investment business, have relevant knowledge of financial investment, laws, and regulations, financial analysis, corporate management, etc., and have experience in project investment, management, and exit successful experiences;

· Be familiar with the TMT (especially integrated circuits and AI) industry, have good analysis, judgment, and operation skills, and have experience in investment or middle and senior management in integrated circuits or related industries;

· Have extensive project resources in related fields and the ability to explore potential projects;
