Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Montana West Inc. The Sales Manager will be responsible for establish & managing a sales team, setting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales goals. Additionally, the Sales Manager will play a crucial role in brand licensing, including identifying new licensing opportunities and maintaining existing licensing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, prepare reports on sales performance, and propose strategies for improvement.
  • Brand Licensing: Identifying new licensing opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring effective management of existing partnerships to maximize revenue and brand exposure.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven ability to drive sales growth, negotiate effectively, and expand market presence.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and licensors.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Ability to analyze market data, interpret trends, and develop actionable sales and licensing strategies.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry preferred.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving licensing objectives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
