Qualifications-
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Proficiency in computer and software usage.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications may be preferred.
Pay-
$15-$18 DOE.
