Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to Assist in overseeing and leading our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial cleaning, hospitality, housekeeping management, floor care, hotel standards, and custodial services. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities to provide a welcoming and comfortable space for our guests.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality standards
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets company standards
- Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning needs efficiently
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care maintenance
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in housekeeping or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
