Qualifications Required
- Sixteen years of age (min)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly
- Must be English literate and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Knowledgeable with planning, developing and implementing resident crafts
- Well-developed organizations skills
- Valid WI Drivers License
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in long term care
- CPR certification
- First Aid Certification
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of MDS 3.0; writing care plans and progress notes
- Previous experience with planning activities and leading groups
