Monterey Spine & Joint (MSJ) in Monterey, CA, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our dedicated team. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $93,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and more.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate with MSJ, you will work closely with our surgeons to diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions. Your duties will include conducting patient exams, interpreting diagnostic tests, providing postoperative care, and maintaining accurate patient records. Establishing professional relationships with other healthcare providers and staying updated on industry practices are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- State of California license (or ability to obtain one)
- Current DEA license and CPR/first aid certification
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic preferred
This full-time position typically involves Monday to Friday hours with occasional weekend or evening coverage.
