Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong educational background in early childhood education.

Duties:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children
- Conduct educational activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual development
- Collaborate with parents to support and enhance the learning experience
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences

Skills:

- Experience with children
- Tutoring experience
- Familiarity with standardized testing
- Knowledge of toddler care practices
- Proficiency in lesson planning
- Understanding of classroom management techniques
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies
- Familiarity with Montessori education principles
