Montessori School of Iowa City is currently accepting applications for a Toddler Assistant Teacher position for our two year old early childhood program 7:30 - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday. The Assistant Teacher helps to create a positive learning environment guided by the Montessori philosophy and curriculum. The Montessori Assistant teacher works closely with the Certified Lead Teacher to ensure that the classroom environment facilitates a peaceful atmosphere for learning. We offer on-site training in addition to ongoing professional development. Our school follows the academic calendar of the the Iowa City Community School District. The contract date for this position is from August 16, 2024 - June 6, 2025.
