With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid : percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options.

Pay :

• Up to .55 CPM in base pay OD Pay & Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• Choose 27% of line haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay : 30 days - 2 years $1,200 and 2 years $1,300!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements :

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requiremen
