Montgomery Whitewater, a world-class outdoor recreation and entertainment facility, seeks a passionate and experienced Land Guide to play a pivotal role in our growing organization. As a key member of our team, you will oversee day-to-day land sports operations, ensuring safety and exceptional guest experiences.
Land Guides at Montgomery Whitewater are outdoor enthusiasts responsible for guiding participants through our thrilling land-based activities, including zip-lining, rock climbing, ropes courses, jumps, and mountain biking.
No experience necessary! We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
As a Land Guide, you'll be a seasonal, on-site team member reporting to the Land sport Manager.

Responsibilities:
· Serve as a knowledgeable expert on the facility and its offerings.
· Provide exceptional customer service professionally and positively with guests.
· Conduct safety orientations and instruction for participants of all ages and skill levels.
· Assist with equipment maintenance and upkeep.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
· A passion for the outdoors and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Experience in outdoor recreation, particularly ropes courses and mountain biking.
· Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
· Physically fit to stand, bend, lean, and kneel for extended periods.
· Ability to navigate uneven terrain and confined spaces.
Requirements:
· At least 18 years old
· Comfortable working at heights.
· Strong safety judgment.
· Ability to work independently.
· Desire for continuous learning.
· Flexibility to work varying schedules.
