The company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including email and phone. This role requires a individual who is proficient , with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers and providers who work with Monument. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and the ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Enter customer data into our database accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous communication and follow-up
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve customer service goals and objectives

Experience

- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment
- Experience with data entry and customer relationship management software
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer service goals and objectives

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
