We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook / Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in our restaurant kitchen.
Your role will involve food handling, meal preparation, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions provided by the head chef
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service setting is required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
