Moody Law P.A., is an established and highly respected personal injury and medical negligence firm with our primary office located in Bartow and additional offices in Lakeland and Tampa.
Qualifications:
- High academics and self-learner.
- Personal Injury experience preferred but not required.
- Trial Experience, 3 years (Civil or Criminal) preferred but not required.
- Florida Bar Member in Good Standing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Develop a rapport with clients and the community.
- Draft pleadings, demands, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
- Highly knowledgeable with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Manage full caseload from start to finish.
- Trial Advocacy.
- Positive and respectful attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Legal Research and Writing Skills
- Personal Injury and Trial Experience
- Independent ability to manage all tasks associated with assigned caseload.
- Highly organized and energized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
