The Director who will be responsible for the overall operation and functioning of Moody Neuro-TideWay program. Duties include, but are not limited to, leading and directing the overall operations of the facility with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the companys business objectives. S/he is responsible for providing leadership, management and vision to ensure that TideWay has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people in place to effectively manage the facility. S/he will ensure financial strength and operational efficiency. The Director will also work closely with Business Development to implement marketing and business development plans to increase census. S/he must understand budgeting and analyzing trends in order to control costs and assist the CEO in increasing the success of Tideway and Moody Neuro as a whole.
