MoodysNWC seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to lead our client's Generative AI product development efforts. As a Product Manager specializing in Generative AI, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive innovation and deliver value to our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and business development to bring cutting-edge Generative AI solutions to market.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy for Generative AI solutions, aligning with business goals and market needs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive the execution of the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product features and requirements, leveraging Generative AI technologies to solve customer problems and enhance user experience.
• Prioritize feature development based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for Generative AI products, ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities into user workflows.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design improvements.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful development and deployment of Generative AI models and algorithms.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and plans for Generative AI products.
• Create compelling product messaging, collateral, and sales enablement materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Define key performance metrics and establish mechanisms for tracking product performance and user engagement.
• Analyze data and insights to identify areas for optimization and drive continuous improvement of Generative AI products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on AI technologies and machine learning.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI techniques, including but not limited to GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive product solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing AI-driven products to market and driving business impact.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the AI landscape.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $120k/year in our lowest geographic market up to 170K/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
