Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Assist clients in preparing immigration-focused applications, including legal writing, gathering necessary documentation and filing paperwork with government agencies
• Provide comprehensive legal research and administrative support to aid firm in producing immigration solutions for professional athletes and support staff of top American professional sports teams
• Complete legal forms, proof documents, interview clients, and general office work
• Manage case load and correspondence as key point of contact for clients
• Maintain accurate case files and databases to ensure smooth and efficient case management
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, answering questions and supporting their cases
