We are seeking a Junior Events Associate to join our team and help us take our PR and Branded Events to the next level. 

This is a full-time opportunity with full training provided and a weekly pay range of $800 to $1,000. 

No experience in marketing, events, or sales? No problem! We are looking for someone with a great personality, dynamism, ambition, and outstanding people skills.

As a Junior Events Associate, you will be responsible for setting up and managing events, interacting with customers at private events, creating brand awareness, conducting customer presentations, handling queries, and gathering new customer data. We are looking for someone with a high sense of urgency, who is organized, customer service-oriented, and enthusiastic.

Junior Events Associate Responsibilities:

• Setting up and managing events for event-based sales and promotional campaigns
• Interacting with customers at private events
• Creating brand awareness for specific brands
• Conducting customer presentations
• Handling queries
• Gathering new customer data
• Completing client sales

Required

• Experience in events or a customer-facing role preferred
• One to three years of progressive experience in meeting/event planning that exhibits you can successfully manage the responsibilities listed above.
• Must be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented, global, and multi-cultural environment both virtually and in person.
• Experience working with sponsors and/or clients relationships and fulfillment is helpful.
• Highly organized, has a high sense of urgency, and is very customer service oriented.
