Moore Twining Associates, Inc. has a history dating back to 1898 and has grown into a multi-disciplined consulting firm with six divisions specializing in Construction Inspection, Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing, Environmental and Geological Services, Drilling Services and Analytical Chemistry. Our staff consists of Engineers, Geologists, Engineering Technicians and Inspectors, Chemists, Drillers and Administrators.

Moore Twining is currently recruiting for a Field Technician in our Environmental and Geological Services Division. Will train, no experience necessary. This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth. Experience and/or degree in geology or engineering is desirable but not required. Project requires out of town travel to project sites. Clean driving record required.

• Coordinating and performing soil and groundwater sampling activities for the environmental and geological services division for projects located throughout California
• Executing environmental field investigation work under the direction of a Project Geologist/Manager
• Logging soil borings and collecting soil samples
• Preparing logs of test borings for formal reports
• Maintaining and monitoring environmental remediation systems
• Maintain field sampling equipment and supplies
• All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
