This full-time, salaried position is a hybrid role based in Manchester, NH. It's open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship.
Your Impact:
- Handle support requests from across the enterprise, providing expertise and guidance.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse.
- Optimize and enhance existing data pipelines for improved performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain data warehouse architecture to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
- Manage and optimize databases to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data engineering team.
- 3 years of experience with SQL and/or Snowflake SQL.
- 3 years’ experience in data engineering, with a focus on building and optimizing data pipelines.
- A solid understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).:
- Adapt to changing directions and handle competing demands effectively.
- Are inquisitive with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Use excellent critical thinking skills to assess complex data engineering challenges.
- Bring strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Utilize excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Completed a degree in computer science or data science.
- Have experience with Snowflake.
- Bring Azure Data Factory and/or SSIS experience.
- Are familiar with Jira.
- Have experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
