Your impact:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions for web data entry and dashboard applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems, libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across applications.
- Implement responsive design principles to optimize user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Experience designing for Angular and .NET web applications.
- Familiarity with Prime NG design components is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Experience conducting user research and useability testing and using feedback to improve designs.
