We are one of the very few home care agencies qualified to provide a continuum of care for patients of all ages, no matter how serious the problem, no matter what stage of the illness. We are currently seeking a Nurse Educator to provide ongoing support and education for new and current clinicians to complete requirements or to update clinical skills as new methods and technology become available. We are looking for someone who has the ability to motivate and educate staff to adapt to new practice changes and adherence to the organizations policies and procedures.
