Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls promptly
- knowledge about dental insurances
-Verifying patient's insurances coverage
-Explaining benefit to the patients
-procesissing insurance claims
-Coordinating payments
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain scheduling
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Dental office
-minimum 1 year experience as a dental front desk
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
