Responsibilities:

• Verify and post daily receipts and close receipt batches
• Research and resolve account discrepancies
• Send reminders for overdue payments and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
• Process refunds in a timely manner
• Prepare and send monthly invoices to clients
• Assist in month-end closing duties

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds helpful
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Team player with integrity and strong work ethics
• Proficiency in Excel basic formulas & V lookup helpful
• Excellent written and verbal communication
