Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass is part of the fast-growing Morgan Auto Group, a Florida leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Sales Business Development Coordinator to our team. 

The BDC is an integral part of the overall success of Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits, and ongoing training and support along with a fun work environment! 

This is a call center position where duties include answering inbound calls, setting sales appointments, as well as outbound calls following up on recent showroom visits.

Prior Automotive BDC experience is ideal.

High volume outbound/inbound call experience is a must.

5-day work week.

Saturdays, Rotating Sundays, closing, and open shifts are a must.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Successful track record in sales, auto business development, or Internet sales departments.

The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads, and call lists simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.

Demonstrate understanding and application of effective appointment-setting strategies and techniques. Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
