Tallahassee CDJR - Tallahassee’s Largest Volume Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealer is looking to fill the following position : Receptionists for our dealership Part-time - full time available, pay rates starting at $13-15 per hour depending on experience!

Qualifications

Responsibilities :

• Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with administrative duties which include : Data Entry Keeping Accurate Records Organizing Files / Records

Requirements

• Receptionist Experience is Required
• Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Keep Accurate Records
• Detail Oriented
• Time Management Skills
• Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills

• Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English

Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
