Compensation- Starting at $65k

Description: Manage the US and Canada automobile and 401k programs. Act as a secondary payroll processor and provide HR support, including reception coverage and file maintenance.

Key Duties:

• Handle the auto program: car arrangements, accident reports, MVR checks, car selection, mileage and benefit processes, and insurance renewals.
• Manage 401k plans: process contributions, organize sessions, compliance testing, and filings.
• Serve as secondary payroll processor.
• Maintain employment posters.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports.
• Process invoices.
• Handle name changes, verifications, and reimbursements.
• Manage the Scholarship Program.
• Update HRIS with new hires and terminations.
• Prepare safety manuals and schedule inspections.
• Provide back-up reception coverage.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
• Support performance system and employee activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-3 years payroll and 401k experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.
