We are seeking a seasoned fundraising professional who embodies these values and possesses the expertise to drive our fundraising efforts to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive annual and multi-year campaign strategies.
  • Donor Management: Cultivate relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations, securing seven-figure gifts through strategic solicitation.
  • Planned Giving Program: Implement an effective planned giving program, integrating it into the overall strategic fundraising plan.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and support our high-performing philanthropy team, ensuring alignment with the CEO's vision and organizational strategy.
  • Event Oversight: Provide direction for regional fundraising events, including Napa Stand Up, Fearless, and Acts of Courage (AOC).
  • Grant Management: Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Institutional Giving to build alliances and oversee grant proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in securing major gifts and leading successful fundraising campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in individual fundraising, grants management, planned giving, direct mail marketing, and development communications.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data-driven strategies, formalizing concrete fundraising plans based on robust analysis.
  • Commitment to PPNorCal's mission, with a deep understanding of reproductive health care and related legislative landscapes.

Goals and KPIs:

In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving both short-term and long-term goals, including:

  • Increasing fundraising revenue and enhancing donor engagement.
  • Expanding our donor base through targeted prospect research.
  • Securing grants and managing grant-funded projects.
  • Building a sustainable and diversified funding pipeline.
  • Elevating PPNorCal's reputation as a leading healthcare provider and advocate.

Your performance will be evaluated based on fundraising targets, donor retention rates, major gifts secured, grant success rates, relationship building, fundraising efficiency, and event success.
