Morgan County is Hiring a 911 Operations Supervisor (Open Positions: 1) Near Morgan, CO
A management level position, under direction of the Communications Director, the Communication Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall daily operations and proficiency of the staff of the Morgan County Communications Center. The supervisory work oversees shift operations, personnel, and equipment of the center. The Supervisor will provide leadership and direction for all dispatchers, promoting a positive and professional work environment. The Supervisor will maintain proficiency as a Communications Officer. At least 50% of the Supervisor’s time will be spent in an administrative capacity. This position will report directly to the Communications Center Director.
