Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers in various construction tasks such as framing, remodeling, frame carpentry, roof work, window and siding installation
- Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks accordingly.
- Load and unload materials and tools at the job site.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
- Operate hand and power tools as directed.
- Assist in measuring and cutting materials.

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job.

Note: Prior experience in any of the mentioned areas (construction, remodeling, frame carpentry, roof work, siding, windows) is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
